- How many characters in an SMS send?
- There are up to 160 characters in an SMS “send”. If your message is longer that that the messages are compiled on their way through our gateway.

- How do I buy credits in advance?
- You can request credit through your account manager who will arrainge for the credit to be added to your account

- Credits never expire and are only used when we successfully communicate your messages. If a text isn’t successfully sent to your contact’s carrier or a voice message doesn’t get to a live person or voicemail, you aren’t charged for it.

- The monthly plan is best for users who want to send messages to the same contacts each month. Pricing is based on how many unique phone numbers you message. You can change, pause, or cancel your plan at any time.
