Voice Messaging System or Voice Broadcasting, is a method of sending either individual or multiple calls to a list of contacts without the need to manually dial a number. The content of each call can be predefined into a Campaign with additional variables being added into the the mix so a call can contain custom elements such as names, dates, times or any other information you like.

  • Interactive menus can be added which are navigated by handset key presses
  • Voicemail detection allows customised messages to be delivered to the recipient messaging service
  • No requirement to pre-record messages.

Global Language Support with Advanced Text-to-Speech

Kawler utilises an advanced Text-to-Speech engine which allows you to trigger call events simply by submitting text files to the Kawler Console or using API requests. We will then take the submitted requests, generate the content of the call and then dial to the recipient handset.

We are here to talk you through the implementation of Kawler, whether you are going to use the Kawler Console or the Developer API, or a combination of both.
